The creation of a Swindon and/or South West based TA first popped up in conversation after meeting a couple of other Scotland fans from Swindon in Dickens Bar in Riga, Latvia. While in Venice on the way back from Zagreb after the Croatia game, I bumped into one of the guys from Dickens Bar and again the subject of a Swindon or South West of England TA was mentioned. Finally 6 months later I got up off my arse and did something about forming it.
At the moment there are about 25 members of the Swindon and South West of england Tartan Army from such diverse places as Bristol, Southampton, Portsmouth, Oxford and Swindon..
